Established in 1979, DIETZ HYDROSEEDING CO. has successfully completed private, commercial, and public works projects throughout California.  We have extensive experience with environmentally sensitive projects, performing erosion control, revegetation, habitat restoration and erosion repair.  We have partnered with owners, contractors, developers, consultants and architects from design through implementation on a diverse range of projects including:  residential, park and sport field turf installation; post-fire revegetation and fuel modification zone creation; landfill cover and erosion control; as well as National Park and National Forest remediation.

Ron Dietz was a founding partner of Environmental Seeding Co. in May of 1979, which became Dietz Hydroseeding Co. in 1984. Dietz Hydroseeding has its principal office in Sylmar, CA with a satellite office in Orange, CA.  Mr. Dietz also offers consulting for landscape and native plant design as well as verification and inspection protocols.  Mr. Dietz has well established relationships with many prominent architects, government agencies, contractors and developers.

Mr. Dietz is a member of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), Western Chapter (WCIECA).

Mr. Dietz is a Director of Golden Oak Co-op Corporation in Fresno, CA, a position he has held since 1986. Golden Oak is a member-owned insurance brokerage and insurance finance company that provides business insurance programs for the landscape industry.

Mr. Dietz is a life member of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA).  He was the CLCA San Fernando Valley Chapter President in 1984 and was CLCA State President in 1989.

Mr. Dietz was also a founding member of the Green Industry Council in 1989.
